I am a mother first of all to a lively and beautiful little girl. I want to get the most out of life as in live it not just sit and exist in it. I’ve had my shares of health scares and being a type 1 diabetic I can share numerous stories of what not to do and what can happen if you don’t take care of yourself. I am a certified health coach and I take my lessons learned in life and share it with others as a way to help people reach a healthier potential.
